Action Baby Carrier Factory

All Action Baby Carriers are produced in the US in our shop in Hillman, MI. We have an 1800 sq ft facility where we do all of the manufacturing, packaging and warehousing for all the Action Baby Carriers sold all over the world. We purchased this facility in 2010 to accommodate our rapidly growing business. We now have three people who work in our shop full time. In addition, our shop was designed to be scalable to handle up to 10 employees with out many changes. With this plan we believe we can continue to manufacture all of our child carrier 100% in the US for many years into the future.

Babies are welcome! We are always happy when babies visit the Action Baby Carrier shop. We love this picture, he is sitting in a pile of carriers his mama just folded up on their way to the next step of packaging! He had spent the prior 1 1/2 hours asleep in a Kiley print Action Baby on his mama's back as she folded carriers!

We love humor around here! We really feel that a sewing machine that doesn't have some personality is just WRONG! So we spice things up. We add a Scooby sticker, a bedazzled butterfly sticker and some baby chicken feathers just to make us happy! You should really enjoy your work and this is our "Mama" machine, so it must be the most spectacular of them all in the style department!

The sewing room changes a lot as we add machines. But this is the base of our sewing room and some of our machines. We have about 7 or 8 that we use daily. We have machines that are used on "as needed" basis.
