No need to worry about shipping. All orders placed on our site and shipped to the USA will receive free shipping via USPS or UPS. Free shipping is excluded on wholesale orders.

30 Day Guarantee

When you purchase an Action Baby Carrier, we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we are offering at 30 day / 110% guarantee. If you are not happy with our products for any reason, return them within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you 110% of the purchase price.

30 Day 110% Guarantee does not extend to custom orders, clearance, 2nd quality, daily or special prints or other closeout items or items marked as “all sales are final”.

We will not refund any shipping fees from shipping items back to Action Baby Carriers.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving your return item. All returned items must be in like new condition with all the original packaging. Your purchase has to be from Action Baby Carriers, if you purchased from a retailer, you need to contact them for their return policy.

SPECIAL SHIPPING NOTICE: We are pretty much a 2-3 person show around here and we do all the cutting, sewing, trimming and packaging on location. At any given month we have between 200-500 carriers on order, so our typical lead time on a carrier is 3-5 business days and that can flux to 7-15 depending on how many orders are in the process.

In the meantime, we know our customers are eagerly waiting for their lovely carriers, and we are so thankful for our growth and your support! Rest assured we are working as hard as we can to get them in your hands.

Once your order is shipped you will get an email saying “your order is complete”. We ship USPS priority to the USA and Canada so it should take no more than 3 days to get to you.

International Shipping and Returns Policy

We value you as an Action Baby Carrier customer!  We aim to offer the best product and service for you to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase of your Action Baby Carrier!

International shipping:  Outside of the USA there will be charge of $20. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery depending on your country and local customs laws. Action Baby Carriers is not responsible for any Taxes or Duties associated with importing our products.

Due to international shipping lead times and currency differences, we are not able to offer any refund or exchange policy.  Please see if you have a store within your country for faster service and a return policy.

Exchanges:  Customers are to cover all shipping and handling fees for exchanges.  This is typically $20.00 for USA and Canadian address and around $40.00 for international, depending on your country. All shipping and handling cost must be paid prior to the exchanged carrier shipping out. Your item must have been purchased from Action Baby Carriers. If you purchased your item from one of our vendors or resales, please contact them to find out what their exchange policy is.
